Find Direction with the COMPASS Framework

A simple, seven-area framework to help you stay grounded, grow intentionally, and navigate life

Staying grounded while traveling—or centered in everyday life—takes more than discipline. It takes direction.

That's where the COMPASS comes in: a seven-area framework you can use to orient your life, work, and travels around what truly matters. Wherever you are, it helps you pause, reflect, and realign.

The COMPASS Framework

Each letter in COMPASS represents a core area of life that needs balance and attention:

  • Craft — What you create, practice, or pursue with purpose
  • Others — How you connect, communicate, and contribute to people around you
  • Me — Your relationship with yourself—identity, health, mindset, and growth
  • Play — The curiosity, joy, and exploration that make life worth living
  • Anchor — The systems, routines, and rituals that keep you grounded
  • Society — Your place in the world and how you impact your community
  • Spirit — The deeper meaning, awe, or faith that gives life coherence

Together, these areas form a complete picture of your inner and outer worlds, helping you see where you're aligned and where you might be drifting.

The COMPASS Assessment

The COMPASS acts like a life check-in, inviting you to take your temperature across all seven areas.

Instead of judging yourself, it helps you notice patterns—what's rising, what's been neglected, and what's asking you to grow. It's a framework for returning to balance and recognizing your next inflection point.
